Shyam Chetal, owner of Advantage Real Estate, has been a licensed real estate broker in California for over 35 years. Formerly with local high-profile real estate companies such as Bishop Hawk and Prudential, Shyam established his own company with the goal of achieving the best possible results for his clients, utilizing his decades of experience in real estate investment and development.
Shyam has more than 28 years of professional engineering, construction, and project management experience. He has secured funding for investment, as well as designed and managed all aspects of large highway, bridge, tunnels and high-rise office building projects all over the world. Shyam is the founder and principal of United Capital Investments, a company that has developed multi-million dollar hotel projects, a 158,000 sq. ft. office building in Newark, a 100,000 sq. ft. shopping center in Fremont, and a 200,000 sq. ft. shopping center in Santa Clara, CA, among other projects.
He received his Bachelors of Civil Engineering from Gauhati University, India and Master from the University of Wisconsin (Madison), is a licensed Professional Engineer in California & Washington and a Real Estate Broker in California.
