Anne helped my husband and I buy our first home, and from day one, we knew we could trust her expert knowledge of the Bay Area real estate market. Anne was a mentor and a partner to us from start to finish - guiding us through the search process, escrow, closing, and beyond. She was very thorough in her approach, which was extremely valuable since this was our first purchase. Anne took the time to walk us through disclosures and discouraged us from making offers on homes we would regret purchasing (she also encouraged us to consider diamonds in the rough that would require minimal cosmetic upgrades and offer long-term value). We got a marvelous home, our first home, thanks to Anne!! I have met real estate agents who spend hours talking but do nothing for you & don't care to spend time in order to find your taste in homes. But Anne is totally different. The day my husband & I met her, she took us out & we returned seeing 4-5 houses & liking them all! She was so active & very sharp in understanding our exact needs, that we didn't have to worry about ANYTHING. She is a great listener & gives honest & accurate information. She states facts, positives & negatives of the house you visit, making it easier for you to get an idea. We loved our house hunting because of her. We would turn to her for all the needed advice, be it financial, safe/unsafe neighbourhood or pros & cons of a house. The market was a seller's market when we bought our house & so we had to be quick but at the same time, cautious. She was focussed & great throughout & told us everything that needed to be done. She even wrote an amazing letter to the seller requesting to choose us & why. That was very sweet & touching! She recommended to us an excellent mortgage broker, insurance agent, handy man, plumber, pest inspector -- all of them who did their jobs very efficiently. She is a very warm & kind person & we felt like family around her. We lovingly call her 'Aunt Anne' & would recommend her to anyone who is truly searching for the right house for them in the bay area. We are sure to choose her again :)

Super-duper agent -- was absolutely wonderful and easy to work with. Her recommendations were on-target. With the first house she sold for my family, she helped us get a better sales price than I ever expected. With the second house Anne sold for me, the prices had gone up since the last time I checked. She was so knowledgeable. I'm glad she does so much research for recommending a sales price -- I would have "lost" a lot of money at my price.
